• Your reservation on Bigfoot Hospitality is secure. All of your data is encrypted and is processed in a secure means. Bigfoot Hospitality takes the privacy of your data extremely seriously.

• Your personal information is only used to process your booking and only pertinent data is shared with the Innkeeper of the property you make your booking with. For more details, please read the Bigfoot Hospitality Privacy Policy.

• Bigfoot Hospitality does not charge you any reservation fee for making a booking therefore you will not see any charges on your provided credit card.

• We simply use your credit card as an authorization for your booking guarantee. You will pay for your booking upon checking in at your booked property.

• Cancellation is free of charge if you adhere to the cancellation policy stated above in the INNkeeper's Cancellation policy. More information can be found in the Bigfoot Hospitality Terms and Conditions.
